This Windows update error 0x8024d001 occurs after new installation of Windows XP SP3, it show the error message to the user when open in Internet Explorer. When it occurs in a System it show "The website has encountered a problem and cannot display the page you are trying to view”. This error generally occurs in XP, VISTA, and Windows7/8. [Error number: 0x8024D001]" display on the right corner of the page. After that you are unable to reinstall the Windows in your PC.
